Food for Thought Cookery School. 

After overcoming health issues through changes in her diet, Louise Jones started Food For Thought Cookery School with a huge passion to help others in similar circumstances. Food for Thought Cooking School is based in Westbourne in East Dorset and runs small classes to help teach and inspire people to cook recipes that nourish the body, are wheat, dairy and refined sugar free but also tasty totally delicious and naughty!

As well as individual events and classes, Louise also runs a monthly pudding clubs and can create bespoke events and private parties for individuals. Each hands-on cooking class is just £40 a person which includes recipe cards, all the ingredients as well as the tasty end product! Louise is also a qualified nutritionist and also helps share all nutritional advice about the recipes too.
