Its products contain all natural ingredients, are low in sugar and saturated fats, and have absolutely no ‘nasties’ and now Dorset success story Mr Lee’s Pure Foods – stocked in more than 1,000 stores across America – has launched a new range in the UK.
The award-winning company behind Mr Lee’s Noodles has introduced Mr Lee’s Ramen Noodles.
It’s the third product launch since Damien Lee, the inspirational entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Mr Lee’s, passed away in January 2021 after a six-year battle against cancer.
He was 54.
Andy Chu, Executive Chef at Mr Lee’s Pure Foods, said Ramen was a traditional noodle dish that’s been popular since the 1600s and had been a firm favourite of Damien.
He added: “Damien and I worked on these Ramen recipes together making sure we have that all-important authentic heritage while still being a quick and healthy way to eat a snack or meal that packs a punch flavour-wise.”
Mr Lee’s, founded with a mission to create market-disruptive on-the-go foods and give consumers healthy alternatives to junk, convenient products, has won over 50 awards and accolades since 2016.
Until next time…
