- How Liam Childs’ Dorset-based business, Locals Own – South West Drinks, sources locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and supplies to hotels, restaurants, pubs and bars. - Four years after founding V. Dorset Delivery, Keri Astill-Frew’s meat-free business has launched its first diner. The restaurant, in Parkstone, Poole, officially welcomed its first paying customers on June 25. The 34-year-old worked as a professional chef for more than a decade after training in Michelin star kitchens.
